Terms of Service
Welcome to Muakz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Muakz mobile and web applications, the muakz.app website, and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by Muakz ("Muakz", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Muakz. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Your account
To use most features you must create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@muakz.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The nature of the Service
Muakz is a roleplay-first dating and entertainment platform. It combines:
- Matching with other real people for AI-narrated roleplay scenes,
- An "Exit to Real" feature that lets two matched users continue as themselves in a normal chat, and
- AI companions for solo scenes and practice conversations.
AI-generated content (including narration and AI companion replies) is fiction. It does not represent the views of Muakz, of any real person, or of any other user. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or identity.
- Harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or sexually exploit any user.
- Post or generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or illegal content of any kind.
- Attempt to bypass safety systems, content filters, or rate limits.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or use the Service to train other AI systems without our written permission.
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, commercial solicitation, or any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the messages, scenes, profile information, and other content you create on Muakz ("User Content"). You grant Muakz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and safety purposes), transmit, and display your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where retention is required for legal, safety, or backup reasons.
6. Safety and moderation
Muakz uses automated systems and human review to enforce these Terms. You can end any scene at any time, mute the AI narrator, and block other users. Reports may be sent to safety@muakz.app. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion to protect users.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription such as Muakz One or Muakz Plus. Prices, features, and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions billed through Apple, Google, or another app store are governed by that store's terms; manage, cancel, or request refunds through your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and AI systems, is owned by Muakz and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Muakz is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline, or for any meeting that takes place after using the Service. Use the Service at your own risk and use good judgment when interacting with anyone you meet through it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muakz and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Muakz is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You and Muakz agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute that is not required to be resolved through arbitration.
